COVID-19

Safety is our number one priority. As members of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), our dentists take the safety of our patients, our staff and their families very seriously. We follow ADA guidelines for infection control, which includes minimising the risk of transmitting viruses such as COVID 19.

We would like to encourage all patients to book appointments by phone or email where possible, though we can still make appointments in the clinic. Call (07) 4122 2110.

For patients with an appointment, please try to arrive on time, not early, for your appointment so that you are not sitting in the waiting room with other patients.

Please note that patients who are late for their appointments may not be able to be seen as we are already keeping space in between each appointment.

At the moment the dental clinic is still seeing all healthy patients. We are leaving space in between our appointments to keep the waiting room with only one patient at a time. We would also like to ask that only the patient attends their appointment where possible.

We are constantly cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the waiting room and reception, including door handles and seats to keep our patients and staff safe. We also have hand sanitiser available for patients to use before and after their appointments.

If you or someone you have been in contact with has shown symptoms of the Coronavirus (cough, sore throat, fever) or have been overseas in the last 2 weeks, please call (07) 4122 2110 or email us to reschedule your appointment for at least 2 weeks.

Our goal is to ensure the safety of all our patients and staff, for which we will need your cooperation. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Kind Regards,
The team at Maryborough Dental
